DELIVERIES

Nationwide Delivery

All deliveries are door-to-door and within 1-4 days from date of payment.

If an item is purchased on back order (specifics would be covered in enquiries through email), delivery takes roughly 7-10 days depending on volume and availability.  We are a locally manufactured brand and items will take the normal human required amount of time to fulfil as opposed to a sweatshop.

Wholesale order delivery will be for the clients account. Shipping will be quoted on the final invoice.

Deliveries in George, Wilderness area FREE

International Delivery

International delivery is available at a flat rate of $35.

We are happy to say we use International shipping specialists, DHL Express to get your parcel safely to you within 5-7 business days after receipt of payment.

A tracking number will be provided once your parcel has been shipped. 

Customers will be responsible for paying any applicable import duties and taxes. No returns on international orders.

RETURNS

It is important to us that you are happy with your product purchased from Lalapanzi.  If you are not, you may return or exchange an unused item within 14 days of purchase together with a receipt or proof of payment.

Please note that you, the customer, will be responsible for the safe delivery back to Lalapanzi of all returns as well as the return shipping costs.  Items must be in an unused state.  Sale items are not legible for returns.

If you are not wanting to do an exchange, a full refund less delivery costs, will be given once the returned item has been received.

If you are wanting to do an exchange however, said item is currently out of stock, store credit will be given.

Returns are available up to 30 days and no longer.
